The Analytics plan is our analytics-only tier: unlimited titles at $9/month, with all distributor imports, earnings matching, trends and CSV export — but no royalty payouts. That means no royalty holders, splits, advances, payments, adjustments or PDF statements. If you need to pay or report to royalty holders, choose Free (3 titles) or any paid tier. If you downgrade to the Analytics plan from a paid plan, your existing payout records are preserved read-only — you keep access to your history and statements, you just can't add or edit them until you upgrade again.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page in your account. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You won't lose any data. You simply won't be able to add new titles until you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. All your existing titles, earnings, and reports remain fully accessible.

If you cancel your paid plan, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan (3 titles). Your data is never deleted — you can upgrade again at any time to regain full access.

We want you to be happy with Royaltally. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@royaltally.com and we'll issue a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. You can manage your payment method, view invoices, and update billing info through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Billing page.

No contracts. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your Billing page.
